Science & Safety
Mobility Reclaimed is an educational movement practice built on well-established training principles: progressive practice, movement through comfortable range, breath-led pacing, and consistency over intensity. We make no medical claims, publish no invented statistics, and every public claim on this site goes through a documented review with citations before it appears.
Our safety rules
Stop and seek appropriate help for chest pain or pressure, fainting, severe or unusual shortness of breath, sudden weakness, sharp or rapidly worsening pain, uncontrolled loss of balance, or any alarming symptom.
- Every session uses a stable chair without wheels on a non-slip surface.
- All standing balance work keeps hand support within reach.
- Every exercise ships with regressions — the easier version is always the right version when in doubt.
The honest disclaimer
This program is educational and is not medical advice. Consult an appropriate healthcare professional before beginning a new exercise program, especially with medical conditions, recent injury or surgery, balance disorders, or unexplained symptoms.
